上海欣狮冷暖技术有限公司简称“上海欣狮冷暖”，成立于2012年12月21日，由当时的原欣狮铝业（上海）有限公司换热器事业部为适应市场发展需要而整合转变成专业型更强的企业。本公司原由振兴集团的母公司欣狮铝业（上海）有限公司及其子公司上海振兴铝业有限公司共同控股于2014年9月转化为个人股份制民营企业，是原振兴集团旗下又一个食品冷冻、工业冷却、制冷空调等领域新型换热器的综合生产经营实体，上海欣狮冷暖获得了特种设备（压力容器）许可证及专利证书，并通过了IS09001：2008质量管理体系认证

 

Shanghai Sinlion Heating Technology Co.,referred to as the"Shanghai Sinlion",was founded in December 21,2012,the original Yan Shi aluminum(Shanghai)Co.Ltd.heat exchanger industry does not,to meet the needs of market development and integration into the professional stronger business.The company has the revitalization of the group's parent company,Sinlion aluminum (Shanghai)Co.Ltd.and its subsidiaries in Shanghai Zhenxing Aluminium Industry Co.Ltd.joint venture built,is the field of frozen food,industrial cooling,refrigeration and air conditioning,Zhenxing group and a new heat exchanger production entity, Sinlion andobtained special equipment (pressure vessel) license,and passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

经过多年市场化运作，瑞斯乐换热器已形成了RAL系列、RAL-S系列、RAL-Y系列蒸发式冷凝器、RZL系列螺旋管蒸发器、以及新型的RAC系列闭式冷却塔等，该产品由上海欣狮冷暖技术有限公司经营生产。
